Shipping & Delivery Policy

At AISYs MOM, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.


Delivery Timeframe

  • West Malaysia: Orders will be delivered within 1–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), after payment has been confirmed.

  • East Malaysia: Delivery may take slightly longer due to transit time.

Please note: Delivery to remote or outskirt areas, or during peak holiday seasons, may require additional time.


Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight or volumetric size of the items and will be clearly stated on the product page — unless the item qualifies for free shipping.


Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor your shipment at every stage.


Receiving Your Parcel

Before signing off on the parcel, we strongly advise you to check its condition.
If you notice any issues (e.g., broken seal, visible damage), please:

  • Refuse to accept the parcel and request the courier to return it, or

  • Contact us immediately while the courier is still present.


Issues Upon Delivery

Once received, kindly inspect your items. If any product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and include a clear photo as proof.

We will investigate the issue and determine whether the damage was caused during packaging or in transit.


Liability

While we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by courier service negligence, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the courier company.

If the error is on our side (e.g., wrong item shipped, packaging error), we will offer a full refund for the affected item(s).
